Jake, again thanks for answers.

After owning and watching this company for a year, I've heard about this financing around the corner for a year and I thought we were talking about 30-45 million. Now we are talking only 4-5 million. Hopefully the company got a windfall and doesn't need to borrow that much.

If VTEH was going to be a leader in the industry. Why weren't they on Nightline last night. If the plan for being live in first half of 98 and the earnings are slipping below 2 million for the year then VTEH should change their web site for credibility.

I have always thought that this company had a great concept and even confirmed on Nightline that eventually U.S. will have to buckle to online gambling because the people want it. I do think people want it regulated and that's why I thought VTEH was going about business the right way.

However, the more people except it and the faster the industry gets rolling then VTEH will not have a leg up. If this is a potential business that can make 120 million in 2001 according to their web site then why is a loan for 4-5 million so tough. Bigger company's can get in for peanuts. I am long on VTEH and consider myself an investor in the concept and the plan however let's get the plan rolling and prove it before we get left in the dust.

Also responses to name change and to facility and people were disappointing. They should know in their plans what this would take. Their response made it should like we hope we can get financing. Not we will be getting financing and plans are being made to staff up.
