Nemer: I trade with Freeman Wellwood in Seattle. They have a web site that has given me no trouble whatsoever with either access or trades. You can also call in and place orders on the phone if you don't want to mess with the web. Their commissions are not the lowest, but they're reasonable, and I don't mind paying a bit more to have the ability to speak with a live body. I have had only one problem with an option trade with them and that was not filling on an order one time (they had it with the CBOE and the low was on the Pacific Exchange).
