Not sure if it's on their Web site, but it is in Barron's every week. They used to put a chart of both puts and calls on the page for "The Striking Price". Now they chart the VIX which, BTW, dipped much lower in March than any time in the last year. The put time premium index is at 9.75 which is also low compared to where it has been. During '97, it got as high as about 10.7 in April then fell below 10 by June and stayed there until late October when it went from 10.07 to 10.87 in "market event" week and 11.06 a couple weeks later.

Good fortune,
Bob
