Bryan - Ah, yes. The S-8's! If I don't have a confirmed free source for them (I am working on it) by morning, I'll just buy (ugh!) them from SEC tomorrow (would be glad to accept them from anyone - help if you can). The total of the 16 S-8s filed on Sept 24th was 39,577,538 shares valued at $54,395,713 - yep, that's an average of $1.37. I can't wait to see just who got what for what - it ought to be very enlightening!! ALL - Thanks for the interest in the financial statements comments. Frankly, I didn't think many would want to go through all that, but I am happy to put together another installment of dotted "i"s and crossed "t"s (and the lack thereof!). I'll have another dose ready for you to "enjoy" with your morning coffee! Now, somebody please find me those S-8s so that I don't have to spend an arm and a leg to get the SEC's famous "Priority" service at $.36 per page!!! (Gee that price has a familiar ring to it? I wonder if there would be any chance of reselling them at a later date, for say, $4.81 a page?!?) SEDONA John (Love to play with those numbers and columns in Paradise!)
