I think we're going to need the Japanese to initiate a serious fiscal reform policy before we get a really healthy rally in techs. I think the odds that they take action are improving though. International and domestic pressure is growing. The current prime minister may have to take one for the team on this, but oh well. I don't see what choice they have.
