Bob,

I have been though this and what you print is exactly what raised the question in my mind. They announced having sold all of the Namibian assets (Charles comment to the contrary notwithstanding). I am assuming that the fact that no such statement is in the MGAU paragraph means that we still own our MGAU shares.

What I want is confirmation or correction. Does anyone recall how many MGAU shares IPM owns and what % of shares outstanding that represents?
