Zulu's capitalization is about what, $15mm? That may be a fair sum, when we don't have any financial statements yet, and there is a very, very thick cloud of dust around the company's plans, officers, and future as a result of the Wired articles and the relentless beating down of the company on this SI thread. In my opinion this thread is like a wet blanket on the company and stock value. The thread greatly distorts the negative, and like a den of wolves immediately attacks and belittles the positive in a torrential downpour of disparaging comments.

The facts are (i) there is tremendous transition and uncertainty relating to the entire internet marketplace, which is not Zulu's or its investors' fault, (ii) there are enormous management, organizational and staffing issues of an ongoing nature with this start up company, due to the rapid growth and changes geared to trying to capitalize on the internet marketplace, and (iii) Zulu is not the first to encounter delays in issuing financials, since management, lawyers (I am one) and accountants will inevitably delay the process.

Everything I have seen shows an effort to move forward. If some huge scam were being perpetrated on us, one would expect a little more cohesiveness to it than the helter skelter pattern seen so far.
The lack of cohesiveness provides comfort to me, in a strange way,that we are seeing growing pains. So, I optimistically keep looking for that "savior" on the management team to lead us to our just deserved riches. ( Past management was not, in my opinion, a plus, including the Australian who seemed to move around too much and had no experience in this area.}

I could be wrong, but that is my hunch and the reason I did not sell at around a $1.00 when I had the chance.

Good luck to all.
