A number of similarities between FAMH and QZARF...

1) Both offer huge unaudited earnings and projections of huge growth

2) Both claimed that "big money" was about to flow into the stock

3) Both issued huge amounts of stock (Q-zar 28 million, FAMH 40 million)

4) Both sold at suspiciously low P/E's in regard to their "earnings"

5) Both sets of stockholders put their faith entirely in the company president:

6) Both claimed profit margins way out of line to their industry

7) Both concerned themselves more with rapid expansion than delivering financials

8) Wild claims of future stock prices by cheerleaders, based on the "huge profits" already reported? Both.

9) People visited their locations, with glowing reports...

There's plenty more....

P.S. to Jin: The reverse split was brought up in NOVEMBER on this thread... before I signed up.

<<<<You single handedly claimed to have made Ira correct the figures. Who are you? Charles friggin Schwab? I don't think so.
Give us the DD to back up your claim.>>>

I gave the DD back in Post #1436. This post was done on January 15, two months after FAMH annonced third quarter earnings. Up until my post, they claimed .06 EPS for that quarter. Within a few days of my post, after repeated questions from shareholders, they re-stated the 3rd Q earnings as .03 EPS, half the original figure.

I'm sure you consider that a coincidence! LOL!

BTW.. who do you think owns the "algorithms" for 3-D sound and licenses them to chipmakers at a 40% net profit? SRSL does.
