I have been told, by sources that I cannot quote, that the PDF source for the ver. 2.0 SDK document has now been delivered to Gravis, and will soon be made available on the Gravis FTP site. Since I've been mis-led in the past, I give this pronouncement a 60-40 chance of happening (but I suspect that it will come to pass one way or another). I've had a chance to review the GUS InterWave PnP card with Jens Puchert (co-author of MOD4WIN) and feel that the InterWave chip has great potential. As a MOD play-back engine, the GUS InterWave PnP card can produce incredible music. When Gravis starts making these boards with the C-Step version of the InterWave, and gets their manufacturing and quality control problems fixed, this card will be the Midi wave table syntheizer bargin for the decade. -- Cheers!
