Why do you keep ignoring Brad's liability to Yitzy?? Wasn't that a bet also. In order to be fair, you can't just use part of an argument for your benefit like lawyers do. You can't hide the fact that Brad owes Yitzy $45 and has no intention of paying him. We just can't overlook that fact. You and brad obviously have no problem over looking that fact, but we can't.

Please ask Brad to pay Yitzy the remaining $25 he owes him. That's the least he can do!!!
