I don't know. Sounds like it may be the same guy. Did he leave ESVS and NETZ? It didn't mention anything about an involvement with ESVS or NETZ. Actually on reading through the release again I noticed that it shows him as President and CEO of Lair Consulting Group. Could it be he's not actually the CEO of NETZ, but being used as a consultant? Oh my word, not more questions!
