Management periodically sells small amounts of their holdings to diversify their exposure as we all do. They tend to do so at the same time each time as you might find historically. It may appear they are selling a larger percentage than they are because they receive stock options periodically that vest over time, so their true exposure remains significant. By the way, what wasn't reported was that Rasul also actually bought shares at $69 late last year.
