Did not mean to imply that Help Desk would consolidate in NJ; only that it was a good time to make a decision rather than to add yet another satellite office.

As far as Magic goes, NAI already has a 32 bit product. What's to say that the existing installed base wouldn't be migrated to the NAI product? Also, Magic was a competitive/market share acquisition (not a product one) so if I were a Magic engineer I'd be wondering anyway.

As far as performance analysis goes, I don't think that the PM products have been major contributors to the revenue base to this point. I also think it's a bit premature to assume they've exited that business.
