I'm not buying the supply versus demand thing as a GOOD explanation. That would mean that the news DID NOT tickle anyones trading fancy. If I have a product that I have an abundance of and all of a sudden people wanted it, I would raise the price. Straight up economics. This tells me no one is willing to up the ante and is still unsure where FAMH is headed. ALSO the news said Firamada shares would be exchanged for newly issued shares of Atrix Does this not imply a direct swap and not 4:1 meaning the value will stay the same as is now since ATXI will ISSUE new stocks.
