Chrome Sounds like a reason to short NSCP and Java.

While Chrome sounds and most likely is very nice,
by the time it is accepted into the mainstream and becomes widely used, We will all be old and grey.
In tech land, that means more than 18 months from now.

I am sure you disagree, but we all know that new API type stuff takes a long time to become accepted.
IE MSFT's office 97 and Win 95 are just now being accepted widely.
3 years for Win 95 and 1 for Office 97.
