Hello Mr. Davis!

First, I want to thank you for sharing all of the research you have done on these companies.

Second, I want to thank you for your commitment to a very high personal standard of integrity.

Now, I would like to share with you parts of a conversation I just had with someone ( I believe it was Ted Allocca, Jr) at Comprehensive Capital....one of the things he shared was that a Mr. John Dutton has been named CFO of TASA as of 4/1/98.....another item was a real strong impression given to me that more school acquisitions are in the works and one may be in the very near future.......also that these acquisitions would not be paid for with stock but with financing so that they would not be dilutive.......also that his estimate of eps for 1999 is about .15.......also that he doesn't think that $40 million/ year sales is out of the question within the next few years.....interesting conversation!
