Here's how I read the Lair picture. One has to examine closely the last two press releases to get it.

Once you've a proven track record in business, it's not unlikely for an individual to participate in multiple business ventures. Remember, it was announced only days ago that Lair will serve on the board of directors of ZuluMedia. This is still a fact.

Remember also the press release concerning the appointment of Rogers as president. I think we were all a bit thrown through a loop when we expected to see Lair's name prominent in the release, and instead found Rogers. When you put these two releases together, one can surmise that Lair has opted for board involvement and the day-to-day operations delegated to Rogers.

If you put the last two press releases together, one can see this pattern. It's my belief Lair will remain involved with ESVS-Zulu entities. But he will do this in a manner similar to how current high-level Microsoft executives also sit on boards of other companies.

This is how I read it. Any other constructive thoughts out there?

PS: No need to throw in the quick crap shots. We already expect 'em--Other Chap's got his in already. Yes, we'll see some rapid-fire, short-skipped, anti-NETZ chipshots. Better, however, to stick to finding a comprehensive analysis of what's happening and honest attempts to discover answers.
