From what I understand, the dilution has already taken place and that is what the down turn in prices was about. However, I believe that all of the 6 million shares have already been sold. It should be up and away, I think that the lack of details in today's release did not allow for any kind of rally in the price after the news. However, in a low priced stock like SRMI often it will take a series of good news stories to break it loose. However, SRMI is happy and I think this story is just one of several we will be seeing over the next short while. Does that sound right?
