Did I say 10? I think I said "<10" :-)

I think you guys look too much on the "book value". In the real life acquisitions, the immaterial assets like trademarks, patents, brainforce are also priced.

After all, Borland is not (yet) another "cement factory" and we should not valuate it as a such.
