i believe that u r interpreting this info incorrectly. this filing represents a change in the beneficial ownership from one fund to another, not an outright purchase. actually from a hedge fund to an individual who used to run the fund in consideration for his ownership interest in the fund. they were simply tranfered at 28 cents.
