You tell me about the SEC investigation, but I do know that there is one going on at the moment and I am not to overly concerned about it in the least.
Well it looks like the SEC has a private investigation being conducted on TVSI. I received a Duces Tecum subpoena from the Denver Office of the SEC via FedEx.
I have never posted or keep the TVSI email thread emails on my computer or archived. I just read, remember and then delete them when they arrive, the same with the Solidarity thread emails for RMIL. Granted that list is made up known shareholders, I did keep the persons email that claimed the Holland, PA news fallout some 3 days before the public new about it, as it appeared he had some sort of inside information from the nays and shorts as to what was about to happen to with Next Level Sports.
Just another tactic by a group of nays and shorts (MM's) from SI that are trying to sink Pugs, Weber ,others, and myself for being vocal about short sellers.
I still believe 100% in TVSI, LTGL, RMIL, MGBA and all other stocks that I have bought in the past and also told the SEC that should look into the tactics and trading records of the MM's.
I have no problem releasing what I have given to the SEC in it's formal private investigation. As I have nothing to hide, and am only a witness to the MM's tactics.

In response to subpoena Duces Tecum A. Definitions 1. Read and understood 2. Read and understood
B. Production 1. Read and understood a) No record of any information except those SEC filings on official SEC Internet web sites, and other Internet message boards, and or official press releases. b) No record of any information except those SEC filings on official SEC Internet web sites, and other Internet message boards, and or official press releases. c) See attached trading Investment Transactions from my computer records (See page 2). I have never received any S-8 stock or any like stock in any security. I have purchased all securities with my own funds. d) Stock payments were made from cash in account, or proceeds from other stock sales in account. e) Read and understood i) Does not apply. No such records. ii) Postings on Silicon Investor (SI) Travis (TVSI thread) records are not keep on my computer or records. These records are on the computer servers of SI. I only have five (5) emails related to TVSI in my records. Those copies are attached. Note that one (1) is from me, and four (4) are to me from one other person. I don't make it a habit to save or archive said private emails. (See pages 3 through 7 ) iii) Does not apply. No such records iv) Does not apply. No such records
2. No such records exist. I do not save telephone records after payments are made. For the record, I believe that I talked once to Steve Cayou once in November or December 1997 for the purpose of getting the outstanding share information. I believe that I left a message and Mr. Cayou return a telephone call with the information. 3. See attachments regarding trade confirmations. That is my only actively traded account for the past two years. 4. Read and understood a) I don't save brokerage firm forms, other than my trading confirmations. b) See confirmation insert pages 8 through 17 c) No records on file here. Those records are on file at my listed brokerage account
For the record: I am unavailable from June 1998 through October 15th 1998, as I will be traveling in and about the USA, and possibly abroad. I will be at my residence for short periods of time during this time frame, between travels.
Also I believe that you should aim your focus on the suspected illegal activities of the Market Makers in said securities. As they appear to be reading the message boards, along with placing paid and unpaid shills on said message boards to generate shareholders into panic sells. I have witnessed the MM's on real time ticker quotes run the prices up on heavy volume and then drop the bottom out on light to no volume. I suspect this is to cause said panic sells by shareholders in an attempt to cover the suspected naked selling tactics that they use. Once again, I believe the real focus should be directed at the Market Makers of said securities, as it appears to be business as usual for the OTC stock market. If the SEC is truly trying to help the individual investors (Like others and myself), then it's time for a change on how the OTC markets operate and stop the blatant manipulation of securities by the Market Makers, Stock Promoters, and Brokers.
All answers contained within this document are true to the best of my knowledge, and contain any and all known documents that I am in possession of concerning Travis Industries, Inc.
