I have always been very open to your comments, and found most to have some credibility. I agree that ctxs has a lot of issues to face in the future, but they are going about it right, in my mind.
But, why I am posting this has to do with the increase in authorized shares. Virtually every single company I have ever invested in has this capability or has requested it. Every company needs the capability and does not want to go back to shareholders for every acquisition or split. I obviously would love the right to vote on every one, but it doesn't seem to work that way with any company. You are making a very big issue out of something that is going on with every public company. Look at disney, ge, dell, msft, amat and any other industry stock, the CEO's are getting way more than Iabucci and Templeton. Every company virtually has a blank check if there stock is marketable, most without any shareholder approval whatsoever, and if shareholder approval is necessary the management and their institutional buddies have the vote.
You have many other good arguments to dwell on, I would just let this one pass. Keep the contrarian views coming !!
