Jonas, I would suggest that you send an e-mail to Ira with your questions. irafm@aol.com Anna Love may not know all of the answers. She probably has to get the answers from Ira. As far as I know FAMH does NOT have any reg S or debentures out. They would have no need for that type of financing. They just obtained a 12 million dollar line of credit. And they have cash on hand.
