According to the "Insiders" newletter 1 buy and 6 sales over the last year. The co. claims some of the insiders selling are not really insiders - they are former board members. About 6 months ago there were more buyers than sellers during the past year. Also, I found it interesting in the recent proxy, that options were granted over the last year at exercise prices of 5. When I last spoke to the company (about a month ago), IR said that insiders would like to buy at these levels and were waiting for the quiet period (this was before earning release) to pass - I'll believe it when I see it.
