James, I have no information on if any shorting is being done today (although it very well could be) OR if there is shorting if it will be limited to shorting against the box, the box being the Card Call (restricted and/or unissued) shares. OR if someone powerful enough will short undeclared shares naked. I assumed the 600,000 WERE naked shorts. But perhaps it is just Card Call people selling now, before they are legally allowed to do so. IF THAT'S THE CASE, isn't there a LEGAL CLAUSE in the DCI contracts that prohibits the selling of shares? AND if that is TRUE, doesn't that mean the seller FORFIETS HIS UNISSUED/UNREGISTERED shares? Anyone care to comment on this as a possibility? Colin
