Shouldn't you see the cost of those overlapping efforts going down? One of the benefits of merging.>> Good question.... Each division is distinct in its function and purpose. Modern Learning Press (MLP) produces consumable workbooks and instruction materials while BETA performs consultant work for individual state education departments. There are no significant overlaps with the exception of payroll, human resources and the occasional referral business. Hope this helps.
