sonki you can buy rydex otc which is designed to be 1.5 beta of ndx waterhouse has it among its mutuals, only 25 per transaction fee. minimum 25,000 though. 2 more funds would be GREAT to get in on a gigantic market decline, one is Potomac and the other is Profund - both are founded by ex consultants to rydex - aggressive, use option/future on spx & ndx. Profund ultra otc ??? has appreciated almost 50% the first quarter. ps they have an ultra bear too. :)
