TWLB just offered 8 millions shares priced at 36.50 (4 millions from company, 4 millions from nonmanagement staff) to pay for its acquisition of a div from JMED.

watch if stock doesn't fall much below that 36.50, the stock will rocket back up.

it has a cheaper p/e than RXSD.

look at USWB, (an internet stock) it had 5.9 millions offering, stock traded down 1/2 of the 22 offering price, then rocket to 29 now at 27.

you want internet rockets : look at RNWK, THNK, USWB
