You can call your broker and trade under a penny. E-Trade, even tho I had problems in the past so far is the best as far as execution. Ameritrade takes to long to get some person on the line.
E-Trade 19.95, Ameritrade 14.95
E-Trade online you can trade at 1/64 .0156
Ameritrade you have to call for BB

Hope this helps I am still learning also
