Add Everen to the list RESEARCH ALERT-EVEREN starts Garden Fresh CHICAGO, April 8 (Reuters) - EVEREN Securities said Wednesday it initiated coverage of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. with intermediate and long term outperform ratings and stock price targets of $23 and $26 for the intermediate term and long term, respectively. Says expects company to earn $1.06 per share in fiscal 1998 ending in September and $1.25 a share in fiscal 1999. Says believes company's positive fundamentals and resulting earnings growth will drive increasing valuAtion.
