The NDA application was widely pre-announced and anticipated. This was not an insider information issue. Impact minana may be minimal unless terms for milestone payment were unknown. Fresh cash from Novartis does keep the dilution wolves further from the door. This is a good thing to be announced. Given the length of time until ISIS really ramps up to a full blown company, do not chase this stock during any media driven run-up. IMO, any run-up will go away in a few weeks. The time to buy ISIP is when everyone is bored with it. This happens frequently if you look back over the posts of the past several years. Good luck and good trades
