Adrian, now the F.Post is s******g on Bre-x. Today an article "deal casts shadow on Bre-x", suggests that corruption has tainted Bre-x in Indonesia, that "one of the gold mining giants ..has pledged to stem unethical practices in ..deals....Placer Dome is a member of ..an anti corruption coalition based in Berlin."
However, the F Post does point out that a Montreal analyst says that Busang has "high grades and simple metallurgy that will create huge economies of scale, making it very cheap to run.----(like) some of the world's largest copper mines....a spectacular asset."
Guess I will keep my shares for a spell. Eventually, Suharto will be hanged like his counterpart in Romania (Cousescau? family! a real Brady bunch they were). But that will take months.
