he is the only insider that has sold and it looks like he does so only above the $10 area.
additionally, he has no say in management.

I talked to management and clinical trials will end on april 30 and the results should be published @ 6 weeks later. if these are solid results don't you think the market will react favorably, most likely you could see endorsements of the products from a variety of groups and create further support for 3rd party reimbursement as well as giving doctors substantial new data to share with their cliental.

if the product is selling (we will find out with the quarterly releasment) i think there is a strong chance that a large wall street house will initiate coverage.
