Le'mme see: Elks' rear ends, animal feces,MM's, slaps with carp, supposed inability of the other to pay/afford a mortgage, portly sheep, and other less than flattering personal references..... Don't you think you guys should get a private room somewhere? Your tit-for-tat prideful barbs are quite mean-spirited for this forum.
Everyone knows I love a good debate about FAMH (this IS the FAMH thread, is it not?)but you guys have reduced the interplay to a public display of verbal crotch kicks, eye pokes, and aggressive wedgie maneuvers.
This is a nice thread for those of us who try to solve conflicts with intellectual fodder and (mostly) relevant substance. In you guys' situation, as evidenced by your personal attacks, vernacular and mutually thin epidermis, you have shown yourselves to be unarmed in this battle of wits.
Sorry, but that's just my opinion and doesn't necessarily reflect my investment performance, either past or future.
