D.Peter Vanderlee: Your post of 6Apr confirmed that the private placement has not closed & remains subject to ASE approval. In light of the price drop (as low as $.20 today, $.22 close) is the placement in jeopardy? Is the $ in escrow subject to regulatory approval being obtained, OR can the investor walk? Why would an investor pay ABOVE market? You also revealed a problem in filling orders - I thought the problem(s) were in the order-getting, and in financing BIV through and during that process.
