The company, World Wide Web Casino (WWWC) and Binky Roo Software (BRS) have
signed a licence and operation agreement for Internet gaming on a world
wide basis.
The company has been actively involved with communication networks which
provide a vital link for the transfer of information required to interface
with virtual gaming operations, and intends to develop its business by
taking an active role in supplying communication interfaces with worldwide
virtual gaming.
The agreement includes a non-exclusive licence to use the software of a
casino game CD-ROM that can be played on a PC in a Windows format for
demonstration which include blackjack, craps, roulette, three slots
program. The company also has the right to sublicence any of the licences
under the term of the agreement.
WWWC is a casino entertainment company holding a controlling interest in,
through a wholly owned subsidiary, the St James Club Casino, on the
Caribbean island of Antigua. WWWC has spent several million dollars over
two years developing a 3-D virtual reality casino and plans to operate a
worldwide Internet Casino from Antigua. WWWC's state of the art leading
edge technology will be used to entertain the Internet gaming market, which
has been estimated to be a market in excess of US$20 billion by the year
2000.
