Skelly is right. If PD begins drilling operations on the Cuatro Hermanos in April then the stock is a layup purchase. If not, and the stock goes down below 1.00 again, then its risk reward is quite compelling below this level, even if it puts in new lows. I mean , after all, there are many possibilities and eventually these metals will rally.
