Calculated Risk,

<But if you are really 90% invested in one Company (as your profile suggests), you might consider talking with a financial advisor about the concept of diversification.>

I only invest in what I do EXTENSIVE research on. Last year it was CBSL and MAST. I concentrated on ONE niche within Y2K - consulting companies with large offshore operations.

Played around with a little bit of money on some other things. But, 90% of my money was in those 2 stocks. How much have they gone up over the past year? 300+%

Took that money and moved it to another niche ... embedded systems. If there were more players in this niche, maybe I would have split my holdings between them. But, TAVA's still the only game in town.

I'll diversify one day down the road. But DEFINITELY not now.

In less than two years, since I started managing my own money (Aug '96) ... I'm up about 500%. Keane was one of the first companies I invested in back then - when very few people heard of it.

Cheryl

FYI: I do have a nice position in a 5-year high-tech unit trust (Compaq, Dell, HP, MFST, networking companies) ... but can't touch that until Fall 2002. My 90% figure relates to what I personally, directly manage.
