Richard, just some thoughts about what you said re: trading during the last six months. Dont underestimate the value of a choppy market with relatively high volatility. A market like that can make a trader look good. Not that I am a professional or particularly good at it , but I recognize during the last six months , if I had a position go against me: if I remain patient and calm and even added to the losing position, then one day it would swing strongly in my favor. So, this market has aided traders. Some time , it may be tomorrow, the market will reward more consistently a buy and hold ,' a la Buffett '. Who knows, maybe tomorrow we start a big bear. So, some words ( not necessarily wisdom) to consider... I am not going to give up my day job. HH
