Thanh, here are some URL's that talk about NCs (NetPCs and thin clients). All different copyrighted names for the same type of device. The Official NC reference profile (AAPL, IBM, ORACLE, SUN) 192.86.154.91 Microsoft/Intel/HWP/CPQ/DELL's announcement: microsoft.com The WYSE flavor of NC: wyse.com ------------------------------------------------- I have seen the IBM and Wyse devices, and they are quite impressive. They are also becoming big hits with large accounts and schools. Street price is under $1,000 for all of them which includes computer, SVGA color monitor, network adapter, kbd, mouse, software/firmware. Finally, THE MANUFACTURERS are SPECIFYING WindowsNT or UNIX for servers (where one is required). Poor little NOVL is out in the cold on this revolution.
