TO ALL: I HAVE JUST READ THEIR INCOME STATEMENT.

I'd like to start off saying that I own a substantial number of
shares in this company. I have been accumulating them for the
past month and am as excited as all of you buyers.

IN READING THEIR CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF INCOME, I NOTICED
THAT THEY WERE CARRYING FORWARD AN ACCUMULATED DEFICIT OF
6,826,858$. This is significant because all their present
earnings are not subjected to income tax. By next year this would
change, as this deficit gets absorbed by current earnings.
What is the income tax rate on corporate profit in the
United States? I'm a Canadian and the rate here is 34%. This tax
could mean that in their 1997 year their growth in earnings would
slow down or even regress for a few quarters. If revenue continues
to grow then this might not be interpreted negatively by investors.

If anyone can post the tax rate and any opinions, I would very much
appreciate.
