Try this link and look at online brokers.

I am with Suretrade but looking strongly at NDB. Suretrade only trades at 1/32. I have been informed NDB allows you to trade in decimals. When dealing with pennies this can be very important.

I had one trade go at my limit of 7/32 when I know it should have gone at .20! I watched the trades go through. On 5000 shares that was 94 bucks, plus my 7.95. Expensive trade!

The first lesson I ever learned in pennies is watch your volume. If you are using a fixed fee service a small trade can cost you more per share than a larger trade. Here's a couple of examples:

100 shares @ .20 + 7.95 = 27.95/100 or .2795/share
1000 shares @ .20 + 7.95 = 207.95/1000 or .208/share
5000 shares @ .20 + 7.95 = 1007.95/5000 or .2016/share (Suretrade limit)
10000 shares @ .20 + .01*10000 = 2100/10000 or .21/share

Small trades can be costly. Don't forget you still have to sell! Large trades can also cost more, with the wrong service, as evidenced above.

Just a couple I learned the hard way, hope it helps.

Jeff
