In the situation of Seagate and other customers of TSIS, as read by another posting - Segate will be providing the telephone number in their quarterly and/or annual reports for shareholders and investors for that the investor may call up to listen to officers (probaby) of the company, very similar to calling TSIS PR and IR telephone numbers, and listen to real people holding the position within the company explaining the management's point of view within the company. That is not doubt whey Segate asked to wait on the release. Listening to the officer of the company in a clean and crisp voice is a strong statement compared to an Olive Oil female personality-LOL. (I hope you have called the TSIS telephone number and listened to the presentation from TSIS CEO) Next; I've been involved with to many electronic systems contract commitments and they are NEVER signed for less than one year. In conclusion: 99% of all electronic systems contracts - renewal is what everyone wants- both companies have to spend more money to find someone else to fill the void - (remember technology leans toward "more" not less) it is in both of their interests to work out issues for a renewal. Best regards:)
