Toni and all,
I hope that no-one has sold their shares based on the fall of the SMTK stock price. DCI has fully monetized their stock with PUTS at $25 and $30 to the full extent of the original $8 million that the stock was valued at when the deal was done. At this point in time it does not matter where the stock price goes DCI is going to make more than the original $8 million no matter what. I do not know the exact breakdown or which way it leans but it does cover 300k plus shares of SMTK. That is still money in the bank any way that this deal comes down. The shares have been requested to be registered and delivered from SMTK. But no delivery date is finalized yet.

On another front it has been confirmed that a CardCall shareholder, with shares under agreed lockup, has been shorting DCI illegally against those shares. I cannot say what action will taken, but DCI knows and will be addressing the problem tomorrow. The buying pressure of late could be taking its toll. In the month of April alone there has already traded 1.45 million shares of DCTC. For the year to date about 7.8 million give or take a few.

Things for the company could not be any brighter than they are now. The stock price will take care of itself<JMO>. As we see these deals consummated, general interest will pick up and the stock will go. I hope that shareholders and thread lurkers were not duped by the deliberate mis-statements and half-truths that were around for awhile. It could have been the short or people like that, where this false information came from. It is my own opinion and that of many others, look at all the buying the last week, that this company is ready to fly and even a short will not be able to hold it back. Lets see what tomorrow brings, with that late flurry of buying today anything could happen.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
