Hey folks!

I'm not the shiniest apple on the tree but in regards to the peculiar mega-trade that may have taken place today:

If I had one million shares and was intent on selling them, why would I sell them all in one lump sum at a greatly discounted price? What kind of stupid move is that? Why not sell the shares piece-meal over the past few weeks in the very stable $.60-.70 range? Unless...

Maybe I have a beef with the company or Ira himself. I wait until what seems to be the optimal time to rain on the Firamada parade -- maybe a day when TWO major, long-awaited announcements come out. Then I swing a deal with a MM to dump all these shares (maybe in large chunks or maybe in one lump sum) -- necessarily at a discount ($.462) because, after all, that's a lot of money (even for a MM)!

The effect of this action is to cause confusion and frustration among the current shareholders and, to a certain extent, the company at a time when many thought the day of reckoning had finally come...

This is just my own little conspiracy theory. If nothing else, hopefully it was good reading at the end of a rather contentious day on the thread. I will, however, be making a few calls tomorrow to see if the facts support my theory.

See you at the top!

Scott
