Kha... I fit your profile (acquired at lower prices, sold half), but my main reason for doing so was the possibility that the FCC may impose the access tax on call made via QWST's network, even though it is "internet". As a precaution, I sold half my holding.
The suit against LCI is typical of the numerous shareholder suits which come up for any reason (or no reason)..and that was no factor in my decision.
I suspect QWST will languish until this overhanging "access tax" question is resolved.
