Interesting. What do you conclude?

1) By conventional valuation methods, these companies are way overvalued. Everybody on the thread will agree with this.

2) If I was him, I'd be scared sh*tl*ss because of his last paragraph:

What is going to happen to his market share if he refuses to take part in the marketing wars? These four internet companies are going to steal his customers or die trying.
