Robert, Actually there are about 18 million shares out according to the official VSE site vse.com , and your are right there will be over 40 million fully diluted. Ruby is right this stock is being highly promoted as you probably already know, but most mines start with a hole in the ground. If I remember correctly Arequipa was a lot higher before they drilled their first hole, but the only comparison here is the fact that they were in the same country. EA
