FYI, the Reg S quesiton and debentures and all that have been covered
long ago. The word from Ira was that there wasn't any. Period. Right
after that we got a line of credit that we HAVEN'T EVEN USED, so we
obviously aren't hurtin for cash enough to take advantage of the
credit we do have let alone to try and get credit like that.

On the increase in outstanding shares... as Ira stated, some of those
were in escrow for the Myriad deal and will no longer be needed so
he is going to retire them. That's part of the extra shares right
there.

On ATXI... yes, from what I'm hearing, I would bet we get an even trade
or at least a lot better than 4 to 1. This is entirely conjecture
on my part, but I suspect Ira is agreeing to this based on the ATXI
people still having representation.

Lastly, I had a chance to speak briefly to Ira this afternoon shortly
before the close. He was not at all concerned about the trading
action and said he believed the MMs were positioning themselves.

Very lastly... geeze people... this thread is practically unreadable.
Let's all take a few deep breaths and get back to some hard info
instead of freaking out because the stock didn't do what we thought
it should for a couple of days. In fact, I think we should be HAPPY.
The kind of trading we are seeing is the reason why the price has
been so stable. I don't want this to be a DGIV or a BATT. I'm hoping
for many months of solid steady appreciation.
