John, I was sure that there were no debentures or reg S shares. But to reverify I sent an e-mail to Ira earlier today. And I just got a response a little while ago confirming that there are NO reg S or debentures. Personally I do think we will see some upward movement tomorrow. From watching the MM's, it did look like they could be positioning themselves. The news came out late today and a lot of people likely did not even see it until after the close. I agree, I do not want to see a huge spike up. Some strong upward movement and a good steady climb is great. People only get hurt on spikes. Cheryl
